Another Recognition to Koons Ford Falls Church Service Department!!!

Koons Ford Falls Church Review:
I received excellent customer service from Randy Gabler and Josh Wheeler when I brought my 98 mustang GT in for service in Mid June. My air conditioner in my car did not work. To repair the air conditioner I needed three parts and one of those parts Ford no longer made. Both Randy and Josh immediately started looking for the part on e-bay and any other source that might have the part. We did find one company that had the part, but when I ordered the part it was never delivered and final the order had to be canceled. Josh went out of his way to build the part I needed for my car. If Josh had not built the part I would have been without air conditioning in the middle of the summer. So I wanted to let Ford know what great employees they have!!!
