My Review of Koons Falls Church Ford:
It was a very long interval before I traded in my Explorer for a new Escape.  Dealing with Koons was great compared to my other car buying experiences.  I’d visited over July 4^th weekend buy not yet ready to purchase at that time.  Met the salesman, Dale, at that time and discussed with him the various options I was looking for in an Escape.  He followed up with me later when a new delivery arrived and I visited the location to check them out.
Finally settled on the Escape Limited and got down to business on the deal.  I must say this was as close to no hassle as a car buying experience can obtain.  There was no pressure and it was a pleasant experience all around.
I’ve had the new Escape for a week now and just love it.  I’ll be back to Koons Ford of Falls Church for another.
